This movement is the caliber ST 1686. The balance has shock protection. Cap jewels can be found on the top and bottom of the escape wheel and on the bottom of the third wheel. These movements were produced around 1960.
The minute and hour and second hands are all new.

Protecting the balance pivots from damage by shock is an Incabloc mechanism. A similar shock protection mechanism is used on the dial side of the movement.
